Kimberly Bakker is a San Francisco entrepreneur who has operated an event planning and consulting business for the past several years. Her company, Kimberly Bakker Events has managed all the details of events large and small. She has also been a fundraiser, a government protocol officer, and a PR account executive. She recently named the event trends she sees happening in 2019.
Gazette Day recently published a feature on Kimberly titled “Kimberly Bakker: Momtrepreneur with a Purpose”. The article was written by Erica Smith to highlight the businesswoman and her dedication to her business.
Kimberly brings a unique skill set that includes experience in major event planning, public relations, business affairs, knowledge of the restaurant and entertainment industry, understanding the complexities of working with the San Francisco government, and personal connections to many of San Francisco’s most influential leaders in business and government
In recent years events have featured soft classic colors, she says. That is changing in 2019 has more people want both bright colors and new color combinations at their events. Kimberly Bakker is seeing her clients asking for fresher palettes with bold and bright colors.
Kimberly Bakker says that people are getting tired of the same things at social events such as the same food, same location, and same decorations. Kimberly Bakker says that a lot of people are really ready for something new and unique. She says that many annual events just mimic other events and don’t really have their own identity. She sees this changing in 2019 and events becoming more authentic and featuring their own spins on the food served and other touches. Click Here to learn more.
She says another trend is making social events more casual. A lot of the clients of Kimberly Bakker Events have been asking for things such as comfortable lounge seating instead of more stiff chairs and tables. People are better able to interact with more people in a casual setting than a formal one which is appealing to people.
It was in 2018 that a focus on wellness at events started to take off. In 2019 it will be in full swing, she says. Events both personal and corporate are going to feature health and fitness as part of the program.

Since the dawn of time, people have wanted to find a way to defy age. It has been the mission of some of the greatest expeditions in history to locate the real-world Fountain of Youth, including the voyage of Ponce de Leon, who was credited with the discovery of Florida.
It is, perhaps, ironic that some 500 years later, the same state that was originally the focus of the search for the Fountain of Youth would give rise to a company that has finally achieved something that is genuinely befitting of the name. Randy Ray and Wendy Lewis are two of the most recognized entrepreneurs in the country. Longtime Florida residents, Ray and Lewis decided to start their own health and beauty company out of the garage of their large Florida home back in 2009 as a way to spend their newly found free time during retirement.
The company that Ray and Lewis founded would eventually come to be known as Jeunesse Global. Today, Jeunesse Global is one of the most successful brands in the global health industry. The company has more than a dozen innovative products that help to keep its millions of customers looking and feeling young. One of those products is the company’s wildly popular Instantly Ageless.
Made with the company’s proprietary anti-aging compound, APT-200, Instantly Ageless is a deep-cleaning facial crème that can help prevent the formation of blemishes while wiping years off of the apparent age of the user. The crème has been carefully designed by Jeunesse Global scientists, who Wendy Lewis hand selected from her decades in the industry for their abilities to create scientifically engineered and highly useful products. And Instantly Ageless is able to compete, head-to-head, with some of the top facial cremes in the business, winning on most measures of efficacy. What’s more, you don’t have to be rich to afford this highly effective facial cleanser. Instantly Ageless compares favorably on price with many similar brands while delivering a wallop against the aging process itself, helping users to achieve something close to a real Fountain of Youth.
